Other Replacement Card

Need a replacement training card? All NYC Safety offers a variety of replacement training cards, regardless of where your training was completed. Please call us at 718-366-3590 before placing your order to determine if we can complete your request. If you need a replacement SST Card, click here. Processing Instructions & Disclosures:

To request a replacement training card, please click “Add to Cart” then complete the checkout process. The fee for one replacement training card is $70.00. After you submit your payment for processing, you must fill out the Other Replacement Card Form to complete your order. You can access the form here. Your replacement card request is not complete if the request form has not been properly submitted. We cannot process your request unless both payment and request form are received. Please allow 5-7 business days to complete the request & verification process. We will reach out to you if we need any further information during the verification. All training must be verified before we issue a replacement training card. No refunds will be issued if your application is denied.

PICK UP & SHIPPING:

Training Cards can be picked up from our Queens location at 63-15 Traffic Ave Ridgewood, NY 11385. Our business hours are Monday – Friday 9:30am-5:30pm. We also offer FedEx 2-3 Day Shipping for an additional $20 – click here to add this shipping option to your order. If you need your Other Replacement Card sooner, we offer FedEx 1-Day Shipping for an additional $35 – click here to add this shipping option to your order. If you request your Other Replacement Card to be mailed, we are not responsible for cards lost or delayed by FedEx.
