Replacement SST Card

Misplaced your SST Card? All NYC Safety is an authorized issuer of Limited, Supervisor, Temporary & Worker SST Cards. We can issue your replacement SST Card regardless of where you completed your training and who issued your initial SST Card.

Processing Instructions & Disclosures:

To request an authentic replacement SST card, please click “Add to Cart” then complete the checkout process. The fee for one SST Card Replacement is $70.00. After you submit your payment for processing, you must fill out the SST Card Request Form to complete your order. You can access the form via your order confirmation email or click here. Your SST Card Replacement Request is not complete if the request form has not been properly submitted. We can not process your request unless both payment and request form are received. Please allow 5-7 business days to complete the request & verification process. We will reach out to you if we need any further information during the verification. All training and identity must be verified before we issue a replacement SST Card. No refunds will be issued if your application is denied.

PICK UP & SHIPPING:

Replacement SST Cards can be picked up from our Brooklyn location at 63-15 Traffic Ave Queens, NY 11385. If you need your Replacement SST Card sooner we offer FedEx 1-Day Shipping for an additional $35 – click here to add this shipping option to your order. We also offer FedEx 2-3 Day Shipping for an additional $20 – click here to add this shipping option to your order. If you request your Replacement SST Card to be mailed, we are not responsible for cards lost or delayed by FedEx.
