SST Card Request

If you are a worker you can get official DOB certified SST Cards with All NYC Safety. Do not be fooled by fake SST Cards being issued elsewhere! All NYC Safety is an authorized issuer of Limited, Supervisor, Temporary & Worker SST Cards. We can issue your SST Card regardless of where you completed your training.

Processing Instructions & Disclosures:

To request an authentic DOB compliant SST card, please click “Add to Cart” then complete the checkout process. The fee for one SST Card is $90.00. After you submit your payment for processing, you must fill out the SST Request Form to complete your order. You can access the form via your order confirmation email or click here. Your SST Card Request is not complete if the request form has not been properly submitted. We can not process your request unless both payment and request form are received. Please allow 5-7 business days to complete the request & verification process. We will reach out to you if we need any further information during the verification. All training must be verified before we issue an SST Card. No refunds will be issued if your application is denied.

PICK UP & SHIPPING:

SST Cards can be picked up from our Queens location at 63-15 Traffic Ave Ridgewood, NY 11385. Our business hours are Monday – Friday 9:30am-5:30pm. We also offer FedEx 2-3 Day Shipping for an additional $20 – click here to add this shipping option to your order. If you need your SST Card sooner, we offer FedEx 1-Day Shipping for an additional $35 – click here to add this shipping option to your order. If you request your SST Card to be mailed, we are not responsible for cards lost or delayed by FedEx.
