This company need's to be reported for playing with people's time and money. it has been 2 weeks since I've taken the course and I have yet to receive my certificate. They make an effort to avoid phone calls and any form of communication.

My father took an in person course with them on March 11, 2023they stated he will be emailed his certificate Monday, March 13, 2023. He did not receive his certificate via email & we have emailed them, with no response & have called many times & they never answer the phone. He re-took the class today elsewhere & got his certificate today, as he needed it because his superintendent license was expiring. He paid $200 & attended an 8 hour class at NYC Safety & Training for no reason!!! He never received a certificate on the day they stated he would would or any notification of it being delayed and when he would receive it at the very least, no answer to emails or phone either. Therefore with no answers he had to go ahead and retake the course & pay again elsewhere. Would definitely appreciate being reimbursed but I doubt they would take the time to make things right. But I did want to warn others, in our experience THEY NEVER SENT THE CERTIFICATE, so i'd reconsider coming here if I were you!! Had we done more research, he wouldn't have came here, as I see a review from 3 weeks prior to this one, of someone stating this place is a scam and they never received their certificate. Will be filing a compliant on BBB, the City of New York, and everywhere else that I can.

Our instructor, Shane, was very professional and thorough in his lecture regarding the 4-HOUR SUPPORTED SCAFFOLDING training course. He utilized real life examples from his daily experience on various construction sites. He fully engaged the class in learning the importance of scaffold safety, installation, usage, and dismantling. I honestly wouldn't consider this place again. I reached the help desk several times because the information provided by the receptionist did not match the info on the website. She apparently doesn't like answering the phone. I really needed my classes asap so I paid for the class online. The next day I was told that the class had been cancelled because not enough students had signed up and no future date was provided.Refund was made 3 days later. Everything was handled very unprofessional. No customer service skills. Website info misleading. Unprofessional receptionist.Very disappointed. I hope yall have a better experience. I wouldn't recommend. ☹
